Job Description

Due to the expansion of European market, we are looking for a high calibre individual who is energetic, operationally-focused and can cope with busy & demanding fast-paced environment to support new markets. This role is reporting to the Sales Operations Manager who will be heading the Sales Operations team Globally.



  • Manage and Monitor sales team to ensure adherence to company policies;
  • Process sales orders/credit notes timely and accurately; 
  • Regularly review operational workflows & business processes and provide improvement inputs
  • Setting and reviewing sales revenue targets and monitor progress. 
  • Create Dashboards and Reports in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Supporting European markets
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experiences

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Prior Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) is an advantage
  • Demonstrated success of working effectively in a team
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment
  • Independent, well-organized and attentive to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve the team goal


  • Bachelors' degree in Finance/Business Management or related discipline
  • 1 to 3 years working experience in sales administration and analytics role preferred
  • Strong verbal & written skills in English 
  • Exposure in system integration, supply chain, and project management
